This mural was created as more than just a painted wall. It is a colourful journey through the West Coast ocean – filled with waves, marine life, movement, hidden details and a little bit of imagination. Every section tells part of the story, and the mural is designed to reveal something different depending on where you stand, what catches your eye and who you experience it with.
From the waves and wildlife to the giant Southern right whale tail rising from the ocean, Isabella’s Mural is a celebration of the sea, the West Coast and the people who stop to enjoy it.
And because a mural is never really finished when people are still discovering it, every visitor becomes part of the experience.
